Claude training curriculum

What your team actually learns, block by block.

Two sessions do the work. A group session gives everyone the same understanding of how Claude works and where it fails. Then each person gets a hands-on 1:1 session and walks out with a working setup built around their own job.

Two ideas run through every block: your name is on what leaves the building, and set up well, Claude makes your work easier.

See the details

1. Opening

Responsibility, caution without fear, and an invitation to use the tool well.

2. What Claude is

Claude writes text that sounds correct, which is not the same as text that is correct. A live hallucination demo shows what a made-up answer looks like.

3. Standing instructions

The strongest accuracy layer. The same question asked with and without a company baseline, side by side.

4. Projects

Your source documents in the room instead of memory. A Project built live on a real, non-sensitive workflow, plus the closed-loop pattern for sensitive work.

5. Prompting, briefly

A deliberately lazy question working well inside a configured Project. The setup does the heavy lifting.

6. Verification and ownership

Responsibility never transfers to the tool. Every specific fact gets confirmed against its source.

7. Where to invest

Standing instructions first, Projects this week, and prompting stays light.

8. Questions and takeaway card

The core rules on a card each person keeps at their desk.

1:1 sessions

1. Orient and gather

Role, recurring work, and audiences, mostly collected ahead of time through an intake form so the session is spent building.

2. Personal instructions

The company baseline, personalized for their role, voice, and audience. Written, saved, and tested live.

3. Voice capture

Five to eight of their own writing samples, analyzed into a voice profile they edit and keep.

4. First Project, built live

The longest block. They leave with a working tool for one real recurring job. Sensitive work gets the closed-loop template.

5. Hallucination drill

Practice on something Claude just produced: open every citation, check every number, and test it with a question the documents don’t cover.

6. Homework and handoff

A second Project named and outlined, two real tasks to run through the first one this week, and how to reach us.
