Claude training
Training built around your team.
Most teams start with two sessions: a group session where everyone learns how Claude works and where it makes mistakes, then a one-on-one session where each person sets Claude up for their own job. We adjust the plan to your people, your tools, and your work.
Two points come up in every session: the employee running the AI is responsible for any work it sends out and when Claude is set up both properly and deliberately, it makes your work life easier.
The usual shape
Group session
It usually runs about two hours, with everyone together. Everyone learns the same rules.
1:1 setup session
It usually runs about two hours per person. Each person leaves with Claude set up for their own job.
The training
What each session covers
This is how most teams start, and we change it to fit yours. If your team needs something that isn’t listed here, ask. We build the training around what your people actually need.
The group session (usually about two hours, all hands)
1. How AI works, and where it fails
Everyone sees a made-up answer happen live, so they know what one looks like and why checking matters.
2. Your company’s rules
We set up the rules Claude follows on every question and show the difference they make.
3. Answers from your own documents
We show how Claude answers from your company’s files instead of its memory, and how sensitive work stays protected.
4. Checking before it goes out
The employee running the AI is responsible for any work it sends out, so everyone learns a quick way to check an answer against its source.
The 1:1 setup session (usually about two hours per person)
1. Set up for their role
Each person’s setup is built around their role, their regular tasks, and the way they write.
2. A real task, handed off
They leave with Claude set up for a real task they do regularly.
3. Practice catching mistakes
They practice checking Claude’s work, so they know what to trust and what to verify.
Yours to keep after we leave
- We write procedures for how your team uses Claude.
- Your team gets training materials to come back to.
- Your team gets a shared AI assistant, set up with your AI procedures, that answers staff questions about how your company uses AI and shows where each answer came from.
- One person on your team is trained to keep it all running.
This training is part of our AI consulting setup and best practices. When an answer has to be right every time, a Custom AI Brain gives your AI checked sources to answer from.
